Located in the creative hub of Surry Hills, this Heritage listed building was formerly the headquarters of 20th Century Fox Film Corporation. Bates Smart sympathetically transformed the office space into their Sydney Studio.

The result is a high quality, open plan work space for their multidisciplinary design team, that celebrates and integrates the heritage elements of the building.
